Q: Do we work evenings or weekends?

Q: What are our prices? How much is the initial visit and subsequent visits?

A:

Q: Is treatment covered by OHIP?

A:
No, we are a private facility. However, most insurance companies cover the cost of treatment
Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A:
Cash, cheque, debit and credit card.
Q: What services do you provide?

A:
Physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, CPR, ultrasound, muscle stimulation (TENS), custom fitted orthotics, graston technique, and active release techniques.
Q: Do the chiropractors only adjust/manipulate your joints? (or do they do more?)

A:
Our chiropractors perform manual manipulation and mobilization to your joints. They are also trained to work the soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons) with their hands (active release) and with stainless steel tools (graston).
Q: What type of injuries do you treat?

A:
All of our medical staff are trained to treat most areas of the body. If an injury is outside our scope of practice then we will refer to the necessary practitioner.
Q: Do you treat people involved in car accidents, workers compensation, sports injuries?

A:
We have several years of experience in dealing with all of these types of injuries.
Q: Do we only treat sudden injuries?

A:
Not only do we treat acute injuries, we have experience treating chronic, nagging, or aching bodies.
