  • Relieve pain
  • Decrease the effects of stress

It has a therapeutic effect and helps to optimize well-being by acting on muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems.

Massage therapists at the Injury Rehabilitation Centre will conduct an assessment and create a treatment plan that works with your pain tolerance while respecting your comfort and privacy.

Massage therapy is not covered by OHIP however it may be covered as part of your extended health benefits. Please consult your policy for more information.
